Private 3-bedroom modern beach house located on the beach off a quiet road in Bororo, La Union. The property includes a child friendly inground pool, pleasant garden, fire pit and private beach area.

Just a few minutes away from restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The house is situated near the famous surfing spot — San Juan, La Union.

The house is perfect for a family to relax and enjoy the ambience.

We also offer fiber internet that can be accessed in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, pool, and firepit all the way to the beach.

Each of the 3 bedrooms offers air conditioning..

The pool, garden, patio, and beach area are completely private to our guests.

The property has the following key features:

• Master’s bedroom has 1 King size bed , 1 double size bunk bed, Tv with Netflix and separate bathroom
• Bedroom 2 has 1 Double size bed and Tv with Netflix
• Bedroom 3 has 1 Double size bed and 2 Single bunk beds and Tv with Netflix

These 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and grinder, microwave oven, two door refrigerator and La Germania stove.

Kitchen equipment also includes pots and pans.

TV room is equipped with a 55” Smart TV with Netflix access and surround sound system

Guests are given access to the stated spaces and is completely private. Our assistance is available around the clock if required.

The property can sleep 12 people with 2 sleeping cubicles at side of the house each containing a single bunk bed for household staff,.

Please inform our caretaker for any maintenance issues arising during your stay.

Children are welcome but for their safety please keep a close eye on them. Children must always have adult supervision when swimming in the pool.

We do provide lines and towels, however daily house keeping services are not included. Should you wish to have housekeeping service it is available for an additional fee. If interested please inquire about this.

You must inform us of any damage or breakages during your stay. All damage and breakages must be paid for via Airbnb.

Please turn off all lights, fans, air conditioning units, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

Please be mindful when using henna tattoo, fake tan, makeup or hair dye as permanent stains on our linens may incur an additional fee.

There is an allocated parking space in the driveway and can fit up to 4 cars. Although there is adequate handicap parking the property is not wheel chair accessible.

Whenever you are away from the property, please close and lock all windows and doors to maintain security.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the house and is restricted to the designated smoking area.

Please secure your valuables at all times. We will not be liable for any loss of valuables on our property.

A chef can be made available to provide breakfast for a little extra. If you are interested in this service please contact us for a menu and price list.

Pets are allowed. We accept small dogs but will charge an extra p1000 for each dog per stay to cover the extra cleaning.
In addition you must agree to cover any damage caused by your pets and clean up after them.

Check in time between 3pm and 6pm on day of booking

Checkout time 12pm on last day of booking – please return any items loaned to you relating to the property

If you have weapons in your possession please secure them in your vehicle (except for licensed security personnel)
