Bookings accepted only from persons over the age of 20

• Picture ID will be required
• Maximum Occupancy 12 people plus up to 4 household staff

NO BOOKING through this site will be honored unless booked directly with us, and a booking confirmation has been sent. In addition a reservation deposit of at least p5000 must be paid in order for the dates selected to be reserved. This deposit will be fully refundable up until 3 days before booking date upon notice of cancellation. The balance of the booking price must be paid either before or upon arrival.

Early check-in requests can be considered subject to property availability at a charge of p2,000 per hour of arrival prior to 2pm.
