Bookings accepted only from persons over the age of 20

• Picture ID will be required
• Maximum Occupancy 12 people plus up to 4 household staff

NO BOOKING will be honored unless booked directly with us, and a booking confirmation has been sent. In addition a reservation deposit of at least p5000 must be paid in order for the dates selected to be reserved. This deposit will be fully refundable up until 3 days before booking date upon notice of cancellation. The balance of the booking price must be paid either before or upon arrival.

You may also book using Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.

Early book-ins can usually be accommodated at a charge of p1,000 per hour of arrival prior to 2pm.

Currently we can only process bank transfers, cash or Gcash. If you wish to pay by credit card please locate us on Airbnb and book there.
