House Rules

As part of our check-in process we request that the primary guest signs in on our guest log book. Additionally the primary guest will be asked to present a form of identification and their e-mail address

No parties or events are allowed nor unregistered guests (without prior permission). Security cameras are installed at the front gate, driveway, pool area and beach for your protection. There are no active security cameras inside of the property.

Total number of guests is 12

Smoking and vaping not allowed inside the residence at anytime but restricted to the designated smoking area

No illegal drugs anywhere on the property

Pets are allowed. We accept small dogs but will charge an extra p1000 per stay to cover the extra cleaning.
Pets are not allowed on any of the beds In addition you must agree to cover any damage caused by your pets and clean up after them.

Check in time between 3pm and 6pm on day of booking

Early check-in requests can be considered subject to property availability at a charge of p2,000 per hour of arrival prior to 2pm.

Checkout time 12pm on last day of booking – please return any items loaned to you relating to the property. Due to the time needed for property to be readied for the next guest we impose an immediate penalty of p2500 for guests who check out after 1pm without prior agreement. In addition guest checking out after 2pm without prior agreement will be charged the full rate for that day.

The property has a per city strict noise curfew between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Excessive noise is prohibited as the house is situated in a residential area

Children are welcome but for their safety please keep a close eye on them. Children must always have adult supervision when swimming in the pool

If you have weapons in your possession please secure them in your vehicle unless private security personnel.

A member of staff is on the premises to assist you if required,
